Les Petits Chanteurs de Bruxelles
Founded by Abbé Emmanuel Caron in the 1950s, this choir offers young boys, aged five and above, the opportunity to explore the richness of polyphonic singing, regardless of their musical background or schooling. Thanks to a dynamic team, the choir continues to thrive, performing around fifteen times a year, with recent tours in Switzerland, Portugal, the French Alps, and Canada. The group has also collaborated with other Belgian and European choirs as well as with professional orchestras and soloists.
Les solistes de l’Ensemble Orchestral de Bruxelles
In 1994, following the dissolution of the Belgian symphonic orchestra, a group of 20 musicians decided to form their own ensemble, leading to the birth of the Ensemble Orchestral de Bruxelles (EOB). This orchestra brings together experienced professionals as well as recent graduates from the Royal Conservatories of Belgium, eager to gain professional experience. For nearly 30 years, EOB has provided opportunities to hundreds of young virtuosos to perform as soloists or within the orchestra. Jacques Vanherenthals is the founder, permanent conductor, and artistic director of the ensemble.
